Imagine your spiritual guardian and very much married pastor having an affair with his co-pastor and refuses to give up the relationship, cross examines mistress in court over affair and lastly stabs her 28 times!. God forbid bad thing, this is sure a pastor possessed with the need of severe deliverance!
A New Jersey pastor who was charged with stabbing his mistress, who was also the associate pastor at the church, 28 times then left her for dead at her hairdresser's house when she tried to end their long standing adulterous affair, was convicted of attempted murder after a week-and-a-half-long trial last Friday and now faces up to 20 years in prison for his crimes.
The Rev. Edward Fairley of Paterson, N.J., who represented himself in the case, also conducted a dramatic cross-examination of his onetime-lover-turned-victim, the Rev. Simone Shields-Oliver, who was preparing to get married to another man at the time she was attacked in March 2011, according to a report in The Record. Both pastors worked at Koinonia and Christian Ministries in Paterson.
